These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and services provided by Genziana Ceramics through our website, studio, and online platforms.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products
All products sold by our atelier are handmade ceramic pieces.
Due to the nature of handcrafted goods, each item may vary slightly in color, shape, texture, and finish. These variations are part of the unique character of the product and do not constitute a defect.
Product images are illustrative.
Display colors may vary depending on your device.
Our ceramic products are intended for normal household use.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, extreme temperature exposure, or misuse.
Products are not toys and should be kept out of reach of small children unless otherwise specified.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information provided is accurate.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
The order confirmation email acknowledges receipt only.
The contract is concluded only when we confirm shipment of the product.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in EUR (€) and include Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Accepted payment methods include iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
Payment must be received before processing.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship primarily within NL and EU. International shipping may be available.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or force majeure.
Customers must provide correct shipping details.
Risk of loss passes upon delivery.
6. Customs and Import Duties
Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties outside the EU.
7. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods.
This does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.
To withdraw, contact us in writing within 14 days.
8. Legal Guarantee
Under EU consumer law, customers are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity.
If a product is defective or not as described, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns must be authorized by email.
Photos are required for damaged items.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection and will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Return shipping is covered by us only in case of defect or error.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and website content are the intellectual property of Genziana Ceramics and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the product price.
12. Privacy
Personal data is processed according to our GDPR Privacy Policy.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes fall under Dutch jurisdiction.
